James R. Seymour James R. Seymour, 80, of True Hollow Rd., Chillicothe, died 4:29 p.m. Wednesday, April 22, 1992, in Medical Center Hospital, following an extended illness. He was born Sept. 18, 1911, in Vinton County to John and Ethel Boots Seymour. He was married Dec. 14, 1937, to the former Flossie Flossie Inez Watson, who died March 5, 1982. Surviving are several nieces and nephews including three nephews whom he had raised, Earl H. and his wife, Mary Clark, with whom he had been living, Robert E. and his wife, Lucy Seymour, Blain Highway, Highway, and John I. and his wife, Judy Clark, Columbus; a brother, William William Seymour, South Shore, Kentucky; Kentucky; several grand and great-grandnieces great-grandnieces great-grandnieces and nephews. He was predeceased by brothers, Earl, Howard and Roy Seymour; sisters, Ida May Clark, Mary Pennington and Molly Annon and a niece, Betty Hart, whom he also raised. Mr. Seymour was a member of Sugar Run Full Gospel Church and had retired from the U.S. Shoe Corp., where he had worked for 38 years. Funeral services are to be held 1 p.m. Saturday in the Ware Funeral Home, with Rev. Larry Leasure officiating. Burial will follow in Bob-lett Bob-lett Bob-lett Cemetery. Friends may call at Ware's from 5-9 5-9 5-9 p.m. Friday.
