Neely, are to get the same. Bishop Andrews is allowed $5,000, on account of his residence in New York. An allowance of $800 to the widow of Bishop Wiley, and $500 to the widow of Bishop Hoven was made. Bishop Bowman, retired, gets $1,500 and Bishop Foster, also retired, gets' $2.375. Killed by Explosion Akron, 0., Feb. Ford killed, and Joseph Carl and Evan was Thomas badly injured by an explosion in the Robinson, Merrill Pottery clay plant in Springfield township today, by a delayed charge of dynamite. White Brown, according to her physician's report, is just fairly holding her own to-day. J. C. AYER Masa. BERGMAN BROS COURT NOTES The criminal court will convene Monday with the trial of George Woods for the murder of Jacob Bosley. The principal witness in the case is a white woman, known as Emma Baldwin.

This woman was living with Woods at the time of the murder, and it is thought that the reason Woods killed Bosley. was on account of him being jealous of the old man and the Baldwin woman. After the preliminary hearing the Baldwin woman was held in jail for a while, until her sister came from Middletown and went her bodn, securing her release. Sheriff Devine left to-day to bring this witness back, so that she can be present at the trial next week. PETITION FOR PARTITION.

Atorney Peter J. Blosser filed a potition in Common Pleas court this afternoon for Elizabeth Bogard against. Sarah J. Wonderly, et al. The petition avers that the plaintiff is heir at law to a one-fifth part of 103 acres of real estate in Huntington township, and 21 poles in Scioto township.

She asks that her part be set apart in severalty and also asks that an account be made of the rents and profits of said land. FOR THE DEFENDANT. The case of Rufus B. C. Smith vs.

William Parrett, doing business as Parrett Son, was finished by a night session. The argument WaS closed before adjournment for supper and after supper the judge charged the jury and they retired into the box at eight o'clock. It took them five hours to agree and finally return with a verdict in favor of the defendant. A' SUIT FOR MONEY. Attorney George B.

Bitzer Bled a suit in Common Pleas court this, morning for Blanche Pommel and Alice Murphy, against Thomas Mortimer as administrator of the estate of Mary Mortimer, deceased. The suit is for $642, which the plaintiffs claim is due them for boarding, nursing and taking care of Mary Mortimer from December 15, 1897, until May 24, 1901. Of this time the said Mary Mortimer was bedfast 69 days. ADMINISTRATOR APPOINTED. In the estate of Reuben deceased, I.

M. Dyer was appointed administrator and gave bond in the gum of $1,600. Albert Betts, S. 0. Day and Stephen Wright were appointed and crdered to appraise both personal property and real estate.

Mr. L. K. Crump, of Kenova, West Virginia, is in town to-day, the guest of Mr. Charles Erdmann.

Mrs. Mary Manly and her sister, Miss Eleanor Cook, of West Fifth street, expect to leave Friday for Columbus, to be the guests of Mrs. Joseph Trimble. Mrs. Charles Lewis and children, have terminated a pleasant visit with Mrs.

Anna Lewis of West Second and returned to their home in street, Pickaway county. Mrs. Rebecca Haynes and sister, Miss Mollie Cryder, of East Water strect, entertained as their guests this Mrs. R. Hosler and Miss week, Bessie Gray of Circleville.

On the Same Street Mr. Will Dunlap is removing with family this week from his East his Second street home to the old home West Second, occupied until place on by his mother, Mrs. Anna M. lately Dunlap who is now making her home with her daughter Mrs. Taylor of Buffalo.

Have Returned Miss Elizabeth Woodbridge and Mrs. Maria Gostenhofer returned today from an extended visit in Virgiwia an Columbus. Died Suddenly Rivers Jenkins, aged 48.1 a farmer living near Austin, fell over dead in his chair at his home Wednesday, from heart disease. He leaves a wife and seven children. Knocked Down by a Horse Helen.

At the corner of Paint and Main streets. sho was knocked down by horse drawing one of Coppol's heavy coal carts, and the horse's iron shue etriking her left instep, tore ter shoc and bruised her foot severely.
