The chancel decorations were marked by artistic (simplicity, consisting of the delicate green of asparagus fern, the yellow and white of daisies and the dark green of palms, effectively masses about the alters and sanctuary. The decorations thrown out by gleaming candles and electric lights made a charming background for the group which later assembled there. The bridal party entered from the vestibule to the singing of the bridal Chora? from Lohengrin, ly a thorns of female voices, and slowly advanced up the linen covered aisle. The ushers, Messrs, Charles Burkley and Frank Bohn, led the followed by the bridesmaids, Misses Anna Noth and Anna Zipper, then the little flower girl, Irene Noth, the bride, who entered on the arm of the bridegroom.

The party took places within the railing of the sanctuary, and reverently kneeling at the altar steps, the bride and groom listened to the solemn words pronounced by the Rev. Father Heintz which made them man and wife. Following the ceremony came the celebration of the nuptial high mass, Farmer's mass being rendered in full by the large choir.
