The apples used in preparing the supper were kindly furnished by Mr. Fred. See ling, the fruit grower. The lady teachers of the school served the menu, which consisted of roast pork, baked apples, creamed potatoes, apple salad, hot rolls, apple jelly, apple pie a la mode and coffee. Favors were kficblus yellow apples at each place.

The tables and room were decorated with autumnal colors. An interesting contest was the guessing of 27 varieties of apples placed on display. The prize has not yet been awarded. Professor Morgan of Athens, told of the young men of his Sunday school class of boys at Athens, called the "Mohicans." This class of boys Is a large one, and amusements and athletics are arranged for them, such that their interest in the church is heightened. Dr.
